Regenerative business: A Definition
Becoming a Regenerative Leader means helping your community or business gain a sensitivity to and competence in being regenerative, in their own life and in their business practices. This leadership training program will give leaders the knowledge and skill to shift your own life while facilitating your community or your organization to act from a regenerative approach.
Regenerative lifestyles are keyed into nature. By mimicking nature, they ensure that both the community and the workplace thrives, and the environment they exist in also thrives. When people function from the principles of LIFE the world becomes a better place for all life forms to exist as everyone creates more value than they take.
Being Regenerative means acting to ensure that all life around you - thrives!
Acting from a regenerative perspective requires a confidence in the power of your agency!

regenerative leadership Training
Starting September 2025 7 pm PST
The training is interactive and require the submission of an application to be accepted. One of the major requirements will be a project that the applicant will be working on for the duration. If you wish to apply, then make sure you have a project in mind AND permission, if needed before the start of the program.
If you are a coach or a consultant, then it is assumed that your coaching/consulting skills will be applied with the added dimensions provided by this additional training. Coaching will NOT be a part of these offerings, but the application of your particular coaching approach will be a big part of class discussions and the project application.
All meetings will be online using Zoom.

Regenerative Leadership

The Regenerative Leadership Training is limited to 5-7 people in each cohort. There is a one-year commitment for the training and 18 months for certification. We meet twice a month with homework, 30 minutes personal check in for each participant per month is included.
