What's it mean - shifting to green?
We have barely started a journey that will be the most thrilling task we have ever undertaken. Discover the vision and understand the path that being sustainable offers for a vibrant, healthy and abundant planet. Nature has a lot to teach us and by learning from her, we will achieve a destiny that will make us proud.
The Earth has been waiting for us. We are her partners in the next evolution. We are the possibility that we have been waiting for. It is only in partnership with our species that a bridge can build into a healthy and vibrant future. We will get there by listening to the wisdom of the living planet we call home.
This is an early journey into the Resilient Values Set™ and into the shift in thinking that will allow us to think regeneratively into the new world that is being born.

Team culture, values and unintended consequences
This is the Digital version.
Teams are often the foundation of how work gets done in the organization. Different kinds of teams have different needs. An intact work-group, for instance, needs very different things from a self-managed team. We use the word ‘team’ for some very different groups. So knowing what kind of team you have is important, but so are the hidden (tacit) values that drive team leadership and that create its culture.
In this workbook Kathryn Alexander, MA reveals that certain values form systems. That is a group of values clumps together and act together in such a way that if you pick one from the group, then the others just come along for the ride. They fit together and all serve the same purpose. Choose one, you get them all. Sometimes this works, but when we mix values from different groups it doesn’t work at all. These values form the context for decision-making in most organizations – a context that is invisible, but that determines the outcome, to a great extent. By making the invisible visible, Kathryn opens up decisions and relationships to the light of choice, giving us a chance to rethink how we interact and improve our relationships.
Culture is an often mysterious aspect of both teams and organizations – one that supports either success or failure. Culture makes things easy or impossible, but we rarely see it and seldom understand it. This workbook is designed to allow for insights into a team’s culture in a manner that also indicates leverage points. It offers insight into the hidden dynamics of the tacit values that underline culture, allowing fresh thinking about our own behavior and that of our teams.
This is a workbook - that means that there is room for you to write your insights and notes.

Personal Values and unintended consequences
Values are important! They help form our identity, support our self-esteem and allow us to create the kind of world we want to live in. Or do they? Sometimes, even when we act with the best of intentions, bad things happen. Sometimes we get unexpected results – even when we are trying our best. Why?
Some values are unique and personal, some are more important than others and some values seem to be shared by a great many people. What is the difference between these various types and what difference does it make in the real world? This workbook will help you better understand the hidden dynamics of values and the impact those dynamics can and do have on your personal relationships, in your family and even at work.
