Deep appreciation to Bioneers and their 2021 Conference

 My passion for nature and my interest in ethics and values have come together in my work with leaders to help move organizations into regenerative business practices through regenerational leadership. In combining those with my love for systems thinking, I have been able to create a coherent process coaches can use to strengthen their executive client's ability to transform their business's capacity to engage in regenerative ways of doing business.

We have 9 years to make this transition strong enough to dampen the impacts of climate change enough to make a real transition possible. We have no time to lose. A shift this big requires courage and the ability to maintain direction in the face of massive ambiguity – a tall order for leaders and the coaches who support them.

By working with the Earth Charter and using the framework provided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), coaches can facilitate creating the alignment needed by business to successfully meet the UN's SDGs by 2030. We all have to work together in a coherent fashion to make this happen.

Sustainability - repairing the damage we have done is not enough. We must become regenerative - working to make our world thrive, not just survive. We need to become not just partners, but co-creators, striving to support LIFE not death. We must learn and follow the Prime Directive!

Bridge To Partnership was founded to address the dire need we have to work in concert with ourselves, each other and the planet. We have to co-create the future at a rapid pace to shift the planetary dynamics that are working to re-balance themselves to adapt to the changes we have made. The Prime Directive, that all life lives to ensure life will continue, is humanities moral imperative, one we have forgotten.
We are moving from power over to power with - co-creating in partnership with nature using Regenerative Leadership.
For centenaries, life has served business - now business must serve LIFE
