Working with the Three Value Systems
Striving to live and work regeneratively requires in depth knowledge of three systems of values. As the video above shows, how we do what we do varies considerably depending upon the value system that is being applied. For the most part our values systems, are tacit - underneath our conscious thought, so we are not usually aware that we are even using them. Knowing this and being able to discern them and learning when to apply which system and why, becomes imperative as we work to shift our behavior in such a major way.

Values and Ethics

How would your life be different if you knew that different people had different ideas about what constitutes ethical behavior? What if values came in systems instead of being individual and discrete?
There ARE three systems of values and they obey the same laws and have the same dynamics as other systems. Knowing that means that you can stop getting in your own way by doing what 'feels' right, yet has unintended consequences. We often use use the wrong value for the right intentions and are surprised by the results.
Applying the appropriate set of values for your intended results means not having 'do overs' and not wishing you had done something else. Get the results you actually want by choosing the right ethical context.
