As a coach I work with team members and leadership to recognize and change habits that can impact and reduce team effectiveness. Our brains have a remarkable ability to change, often quite rapidly, and this characteristic can be used to diminish old behavior and establish new behaviors that improve team performance. Innovation and engagement are two aspects of team behavior that can be dramatically shifted.

This course gives participants five approaches to team improvement.
It is highly recommended that you give yourself at least a month between modules to actually DO the action steps. It is in the action steps that learning really takes place as it is in implementation that you begin to see the how things integrate and start gaining the actual skill you need to be successful. Doing this during the course means that you can ask for help or input, if you need it.
As part of this course, for certification, there are weekly actions to be taken and the results of those actions are to be used as the basis for a journal of reflection. Participants will explain what was done, what happened, what went well and what was learned. As part of the certification I will provide feedback and some coaching.
