This 4-week course contains pre-recorded videos and additional materials New times are perfect for re-evaluation, refreshing, and reconstituting how we think and how we see the world. Key to seeing differently and therefore acting differently will be gaining a clear-eyed understanding of our value systems and the role they play (or don’t) in building the new world we want to live in.

In the cohort sessions we will discuss the previous video, ask questions, discuss real life application challenges, and share insights. It is in the cohort sessions that the material comes alive and where relationships are formed. These sessions are key to making the course impactful and meaningful! You may attend one or both cohort sessions, and everything will be recorded and available to everyone registered on the LR network.
Ecology of Ethics
Discover, for the first time, how ethics and values flow through our system. Learn about the relationship between values, your authentic self, and the culture you swim in. You will begin to understand how your own clarity about yourself will impact your ability to live a strong, values-based life.
Three Living Systems of Values
Using the research of Jane Jacobs and the wisdom of many scientific researchers, you will gain a better understanding of living systems and how that insight impacts value dynamics. We are so used to seeing values as discrete things that this new awareness of living systems of values will showcase challenges and special situations you might have been unaware of previously.
Seated in the Earth: Resilient Values
Here the insight of science comes together with the wisdom of indigenous people to provide insight into how nature works and how we can support her efforts. The forgotten Prime Directive will become clear, and her 3.5 billion years of wisdom will become available, so we can become her partners.
Moving Forward with LIFE
Now that we have a better and deeper understanding of the role’s values play in our lives, we can begin to understand the belief and behavior shifts needed to live now as we will need to live in the future. As Gandhi said, to be the change. The Earth Ethics: Living Regeneratively card deck will be showcased as a helpful tool for deeper application in real time.
Cost:
You can join us for $125 which includes the four self-directed Zoom videos, and for an additional $300 (save $200) a year’s membership in The Third Way Community.
After registering, you will be in the Community - go to Groups and click on the Values for the Coming Crisis group, and you are good to go.
Living a Regenerative life
This is a four day, one hour each day class that:
- Explores what it means to be regenerative
- Offers real things to do and shifts to make for your family, home and even your yard
- Provides options for engagement for your neighborhood, city and state
- Shares resources for continued change.
